Refund Policy

Brightwater provides full refunds for Future Chefs classes that have been canceled by Brightwater. All classes are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient attendees.

About refunds:
  • User-initiated cancellations made ten or more business days before classes begin will be refunded in full.

  • User-initiated cancellations made between nine business days and five business days before classes begin will be refunded at 80%.

  • User-initiated cancellations made between four business days and three business days before classes begin will be refunded at 50%.

  • User-initiated cancellations made between two business days before classes begin or day of class will be refunded at 25%.

  • Request for cancellation and refund must be made in writing to FutureChefs@nwacc.edu.

  • Credit card refunds cannot be issued for more than the original transaction amount and can only be refunded on the card used for the original purchase.

  • Requests for refunds on payments received via credit/debit/ATM card will be processed within two business days. Your financial institution may take up to five business days to process the refund.

  • Credit/debit/ATM card fees are non-refundable.
