Brittany Eddelbuttel, M.S., R.D.N.
Chef Instructor, Apprenticeship & Internship Coordinator
Brightwater Chef Instructor and Apprenticeship & Internship Coordinator Brittany Eddelbuttel is originally from Sydney, Australia and joined Brightwater in 2017.
In her position, Brittany enjoys working alongside skilled professionals and being an educator and mentor to students, and strives to support student success in and outside of the classroom. In the kitchen, she emphasizes the importance of interdependence and teamwork. Outside of the kitchen, through internship and practicum courses, she mentors students in leadership and mastery of their desired fields, including culinary, baking and hospitality.
"Brightwater's culinary program is the educational pillar of the budding NWA community," says Brittany.
In her free time, she enjoys ongoing personal education, gardening, walking the NWA
trails, dining at local restaurants, and drinking a lot of espresso to keep up with her six-year-old
daughter.
