Brightwater's seasonal kitchen holds space for learning about food preservation and honing specialized skills that isn't available in a normal classroom setting.
The room's Jade Suite stoves are set up with nine burners much like those that are found in restaurant kitchens, so students are able to prepare multiple items. The room is also equipped with 16 work stations, industrial food smokers (cold and hot), two large tilt skillets, a flash freezer and dehydrators.
